Chef’s Roll Beefsteak 2019


Chef’s Roll threw another Beefsteak, on Monday October 28, 2019 at San Diego’s hottest new venue: JULEP. An all you can hold beef & beer event that featured 6 different cuts of prime Brandt Beef sponsored by One World Beef. All meat was cooked via live fire thanks to KUDU Grills and Jealous Devil charcoal. And since we always do things a little different, we had one plant-based dish featuring MIC Food plantains – because beef + plantains = EPIC pairing! 10 Barrel Brewing Co once again generously provided the brews and Snake Oil Cocktail company crafted cocktails. The night ended in an Underberg toast to settle the stomach after all that beef!
